In late September we went to the Dallas Stars Open House. There we were able to watch the Stars practice, and that was about it. We were suppose to be given free tickets for a game, but they ran out before we got there. There was also an event going on for Juvenile Diabetes with bounce houses outside the American Airlines Center. Free fun for the kids, heck yeah!!! We played on the bounce houses for a few minutes and got them good and tired. We needed to get a light lunch, so we walked from the American Airlines Center to the West End for a bite to eat. On the way to the restaurant, Mommy found a tickets to a Stars game on the ground. She picked it up and had a nice surprise for Daddy asking him if he would like to enjoy a Stars game by himself. Of course, he gladly took the offer. We ate our lunch and headed back to the AAC to get in the car and enjoy watching some Longhorn football with some friends. On the way back, Daddy picked up a ticket that was on the ground. Turns out, it is for the same game, same section, but different rows. So, now mommy and Daddy will be enjoying that Stars game while we are at home with sitter watching it from channel 27! GO STARS!!!!
