We have a FISH!!!!

We posted that Josh was taking swimming lessons, but that was at the beginning. There was a rough few days of swimming in Ms. Carol's pool. About the third day, Ms. Carol said it was time to go under. OH BOY! Josh didn't want to go under, and he was very loud about telling everyone. We continued on, and Mommy pushed, and we went under. Josh didn't want to swim under, hold on to the sides of the pool, get the ring, or swim through the hoola hoop! We kept on pushing with tears in our eyes and screams exiting our mouth almost every activity Ms. Carol had us do. Well, we perservered and we now have a FISH!!! As you can see from the pictures and the video below, Josh is having a great time swimming. He will now throw the ring into the water himself and go get it without me being around. He always wants to jump in from the side (and tends to belly flop), but swims straight to me. It was really awesome to see him experience swim lessons, and now to be comfortable in the water!! Although, sometimes it is a little scary and different since I have to keep my eye on him at all times when we are at the pool. It certainly isn't like when he would just get ankle deep and tell me "he wasn't going in the blue pool", which meant he wasn't getting off the step!!!!
